The Simpple ecosystem has myriad modules and widgets that can be used individually or concurrently to allow for effective workforce and asset management. Each module can be used in a variety of ways and moulded to the needs of each group of users.
A brief summary of each module:
- Dashboard
- This is where everything comes together. Throughout the Simpple ecosystem data is constantly being collected through different avenues. The dashboard is a fully customisable workspace that brings all this data together in a user friendly format. There are currently over 600 widgets to choose from when designing your dashboard, with more being constantly developed.
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- The Simpple LMS is a full service training system. It can be used independently or it can be part of the integrated Simpple system. Training courses can be developed, assigned and managed through the Simpple LMS, as well as, credential storage and management. Settings can be implemented to ensure mandatory courses are completed before staff can sign in.
- Attendance
- Simpple offers a biometric attendance system that can be geofenced to site locations to ensure staff can sign in and out easily while on site.
- Audit
- The audit module can be used to create basic or complex audit forms. These forms are customisable in every way and can be deployed manually or automatically when required. The data from these forms is easily accessible and can be shown with the function of widgets through the Simpple Dashboards
- Tasks
- Through both the mobile and web apps a variety of tasks can be created and sent to staff. Scheduled Tasks are for your common tasks, Complex Tasks are more detailed and can encompass multiple tasks in one ticket, and Ad Hoc Tasks are for one-off occurrences and can be created and deployed quickly.
- Feedback
- The Simpple feedback system functions through a range of QR codes that are physically posted around your sites. The QR code menu is fully customisable and depending on the feedback provided, tasks or other actions can be created automatically. The same QR code can also be used for staff to register attendances and receive tasks and other instructions.
- SmartTrack
- SmartTrack allows for tracking of staff or equipment across a site. Using either WiFi beacons, Bluetooth beacons, QR Codes or GPS tags, the Simpple system can ensure that assets can be located and loop times can be met.
